This is a world class property management tool and we leverage every module that the software provides in order to better serve our property owners and our tenants. There are separate portals that the owners and tenants can access, and everybody has been really pleased with what we can do through this system. For example, a property owner can log into the owner portal 24 hours a day, seven days a week and review leases, take a look at move in inspections and check out the register and any financial information pertaining to the property. You will see your financial transactions, and then if you click on a particular transaction, you’ll see any back-up documentation as well. So if you have a $100 invoice from a plumber, you can click on that transaction and see the actual invoice from the contractor. Anything coming into our office is immediately scanned and placed on the cloud. We offer complete visibility and there’s no need to wait until the end of the month to see your statements.
Core Competency
You may have noticed a lot of property management companies are also real estate companies. We are as well; we’re brokers licensed and registered with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
