6-Month Tenant Placement Guarantee

If a tenant that DKRentals.net places breaks their lease or is evicted within the first 6 months of residency, DKRentals.net will replace the tenant for free. Exceptions are when the tenant is deployed into military service, or the tenant pays the full lease termination fee.
