On the front-end DK has been able to find me highly qualified tenants quickly and I've been very comfortable with their vetting process. On the management side, Scott has been available and very responsive to both the tenants and to me. I'll definitely be sending them more properties to manage.

Used DK Rentals since 2016 (we moved out of state). One renter for 5+years Todd got us a great renter at a great price. We had a furnace failure one winter. Todd got a contractor with repair options almost immediately. We were given the option to have his contractor do the work or find one of our choosing. We tried but no one was able to Meet Todd's quote. We were skeptical of renting at first but now if we had the opportunity again would not hesitate using DK Rentals.

If I would have listened to these reviews I wouldn’t be living in a beautiful home right now! I will be honest and say the application process did take longer than usual. I submitted my application on a Thursday and requested a move for the following Wednesday. Unfortunately I did not hear anything until the following Thursday. When I received my approval from Julie the rest of the process was smooth and quick. She was very apologetic and sincere about the delay. I had no issues moving in and I am VERY happy I chose to go with Dk Rentals!!

I'm still waiting to hear back from you guys. I know it hasn't been that long since I've applied for a home but how long do I have to wait to get response telling me I'm approved or denied. The young lady I've spoke with seem very pleasant and I would love to work with her on finding a new home. I just need a clear cut answer my lease is up and need to know something soon. It's a shame that these rental agency take to many applications fees and run credit checks only for you to be denied or a hard hit on your credit. Hope to hear from Julie soon as I can see she gets a lot of great feedback....... After this was originally posted Julie reached out to me and was very courteous, although the process is not complete she explained where we are in the process and what is needed for the process to be complete. I have adjusted the ratings to reflect her wonderful service.
