DKRentals Property Management's customer service is terrible. The issues that we have are taking longer than expected to resolve. We’ve had a leak in our kitchen from our shower for 3 weeks now. All they’ve done is send people to look the leak. On 3 different occasions, each person said, “we need approval from the owner”. 3 weeks later, we still have the leak and 2 holes in our ceiling.

I could not be happier with the service that we have received. They were on top of every maintenance issue before we even noticed anything was wrong. Several times maintenance guys would come over for something and noticed that there was a patch of grass that didn’t get cut and they would just do it by hand with a weedeater. if we had a question… They had an answer For us promptly. Excellent customer service, and truly easy to work with as a renter. While negative comments suggest deceptive practices, a thorough reading of my lease truly explained fees and caveats. An educated consumer is the best defense but it's up to the consumer to be educated!
