I found a home to rent that I absolutely loved. The property was managed by DKRentals. Accessing the home for a tour was an easy process. The home was perfect in every way. We rented from DK Rentals for the last five years and during such a difficult time during Covid, they made the move-in process super easy and made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the last five years. Maintenance request were promptly addressed, and the communication was seamless. The only reason why we had to move on is due to a house being sold, otherwise we would have remained with this property management company. We made so many great memories in our home and we will always share great things about DK Rentals.

DK Rentals was recommended to me by a friend who really knows the industry and they did not disappoint. Tim was very helpful as I was deciding whether to rent my house, providing market analysis and honest advice on repairs. Their pricing structure is also very reasonable, with a flat fee instead of a percentage. In the end I decided to sell that property but I plan to use DK to rent out another property in the future.

This is the edited review for the first review below. There seemed to be some issues with the app they were using for applications, etc. and that was supposed to have been updated. Andrea was absolutely amazing at rectifying the issue. Following up through email, making sure the money that I spent for my application was returned, taking accountability for something that technically wasn't her fault at all. She is a true asset to the management company and hope she is treated accordingly. Thank you again, Andrea.

BEWARE: While searching for an apartment, I came across one that I was interested in. I called twice, sent text messages and there was no response. I still went ahead and started the application, but my application wasn't complete before they denied it without it being completed. I called and texted again to figure out what was going on. No response, call or text back. I went by the apartment again and the "rent available" sign was still there now a month later, looked at their website to make sure it was still listed (it was). Beware of this company, it's seeming like they are taking application money and keeping the apartment listed.
All I can do is assume since I have no other explanation, because no one from the property company has ever contacted me back. Unfortunately, I see reviews saying the same thing so I wasn't the only one. Do better business.

I typically do not do too many of these, but my experience with Dawn Lione at DKRentals justifies it. Working with Dawn was refreshing as it compared to other experiences we have had in search of a new place to reside. Dawn was extremely helpful, competent, knowledgable, and understanding. She turned a frustrating situation into the result we needed. I would not hesitate one second to send business her way. Fully endorse!

Just wanted to share how pleased I am with my property management company (DK Rentals). Their systematic approach transformed my Atlanta rental into a passive income. Their tenant placement process is exceptional – hassle-free for any property owners. DK Rentals secured a qualified tenant within two weeks and move-in occurred exactly one month after listing. The property manager (Luis Flores) assigned to my rental property has been incredible. I would also like to thank their Business Development Manager (Tim Burton) and the owner for their outstanding customer service.
