The refrigerator in my rental unit stopped working the week before Christmas which was devastating because we had a gathering planned for the 21st. The technician said it would take 2 weeks to get the part that was needed. That was not going to work for me because I had a refrigerator full of food and my dog is diabetic and needs to have her insulin refrigerated. I emailed Ms Rosa at DKRentals expressing my dissatisfaction. Ms. Rosa and her tech David went to work and had me a brand new refrigerator within a few days!
