How do we price rentals?

When do you get paid?

Owners are paid on the 16th of each month (or the first business day after the 16th) and proceeds are either mailed or directly deposited electronically.

Rest assured, our staff oversees maintenance and contractors are not paid until all work is satisfactorily completed.

You’ll be able to track maintenance invoices and request through the online Owner’s Portal.
