I look forward to attending the NARPM Broker/Owner Conference each year in Vegas. Not that I’m a huge Vegas fan, but I know that I will be surrounded by 600 other property management company owners throughout the country. This is my 3rd year in a row attending, and it will be great to reunite with old acquaintances. There are always great speakers and all the main vendors that serve our industry will have exhibits. The best part, however, is sitting around the breakfast table with my peers or having an adult beverage at the end of the day when we ask each other whats working and whats not working in our businesses. I always anticipate coming home with at least one nugget and am always amazed how many more nuggets I return home with. My staff is in fear when I return knowing we will be changing a business process or rolling out a new service offering. Actually my staff is incredibly supportive of my efforts to go out and find best practices so that DKRentals.net can improve as we strive to be an industry leader in residential property management serving the Atlanta market. What happens in Vegas DEFINITELY does not stay in Vegas!!
