Great team! At first we met with Jenny and then the entire team (Andrea, Jayla and Pablo). They were extremely responsive. Jayla did an excellent job setting the photo shoot and listing the property for rent. She has been awesome in following up and being attentive to detail. I think they’ve been pretty consistent, courteous, and attentive every time I’ve had to call or had an issue. Ines has really been helpful. I wish they could get rid of the fees but I don’t think that’s up to them. Overall, I’m satisfied with their attentiveness and help. Thank you DK Rentals.

DKRentals Property Management's customer service is terrible. The issues that we have are taking longer than expected to resolve. We’ve had a leak in our kitchen from our shower for 3 weeks now. All they’ve done is send people to look the leak. On 3 different occasions, each person said, “we need approval from the owner”. 3 weeks later, we still have the leak and 2 holes in our ceiling.

I could not be happier with the service that we have received. They were on top of every maintenance issue before we even noticed anything was wrong. Several times maintenance guys would come over for something and noticed that there was a patch of grass that didn’t get cut and they would just do it by hand with a weedeater. if we had a question… They had an answer For us promptly. Thank you for being patient with us when we forget that maintenance people are coming over! Lol cheers!

Excellent customer service, and truly easy to work with as a renter. While negative comments suggest deceptive practices, a thorough reading of my lease truly explained fees and caveats. An educated consumer is the best defense but it's up to the consumer to be educated!
